2023 Vendor Information
What Time Is the Fair?
InspireYouth@Work Regional Summer Opportunity Fair at Teen Summit RVA (the Fair) will run from 11:00 a.m.- to 2:00 p.m. Vendor set-up is from 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. All vendors must be in place by 11:00 a.m.
Where Will the Fair Take Place?
Vendors will be in Ballroom B-21 C.
Where to Park and How Much Does it Cost to Park?
Parking is FREE! Vendors are to park (at no cost) in the GRCC Parking Deck is located at the corner of 3rd & Marshall Streets and is conveniently connected to the GRCC via the 3rd level of the deck.

What Comes with the Vendor Space?
A 6-foot table and two (2) seats will be given to each vendor. Please inform the vendor coordinator if more chairs are required.
Will Lunch be Available?
Vendors will be offered two (2) lunch vouchers. Chick Fil-A will provide a boxed lunch with a chicken sandwich or a vegan wrap, chips, and a cookie. If you have a dietary need outside of the chicken and vegan option, please plan to bring your lunch.
How many participants should we plan for?
600 young people between the ages of 14 and 19 are expected to attend from Chesterfield, Henrico, and the City of Richmond.
Where should we check in?
The Fair will be held in Grand Ballroom B on the second level of the Greater Richmond Convention Center. For the table assignment, badges, and lunch tickets, vendors must register at the InspireYouth@Work Regional Opportunity Fair registration desk outside of B-21C. Badges must be worn at all times.
How will the Fair Flow?
Students will be able to explore the Fair from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. They will take part in the Fair in two waves, Group A from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and Group B from 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Before entering the Fair, young people are encouraged to stop by the InspireYouth@Work Prep Area to practice their introductions. Students will have another opportunity to visit the Fair from 1:45 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Will Students be Required to Visit Each Vendor?
Each participant will have a passport that they will collect stamps or stickers to identify the vendors they visited in the Fair. The stamp/sticker will be provided to each vendor at the registration table.
