Summit Begins: 9:45am
Summit Ends: 4:00pm
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
There will be FREE FOOD all day, fun GIVEAWAYS like Kings Dominion tickets, gift cards, and t-shirts, and more! You will receive four (4) hours of community service just for attending.

Floor Plan & Room Assignments
Free Student Parking
- Free parking available for student drivers in the 7th & Marshall Deck. Both entrances off 6th and 7th Streets are accessible beginning at 7:00 a.m.
- To validate your free parking (which can be done ahead of time or at the event):
- Use your phone camera and scan the QR code below.
- Select the blue “Claim Discount” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your cell number. A One-Time Passcode will be sent to your cell. You will be required to enter that passcode to continue.
- Select whether it is a Daily (personal) vehicle or a Rental.
- Enter the license plate number as well as the state the license plate is registered.
- Select the blue “Connect” button.
- You should receive a text confirming all you need to do is drive out. Please do not enter your Credit Card information. Just close out. The QR code will cover the cost for parking for the event. All they need is the license plate information and your cell number.
- When you exit for the day, as you approach the gate, it will open (if you entered your license plate information correctly). There will be staff there to assist if needed.
Student Drop-Off Area
To ensure a smooth and safe drop-off process for Teen Summit attendees, please follow the designated locations and directions below for passenger vehicles.
Parent & Guardian Drop-Off Location
300 N. 5th St. Richmond, VA 23219
- This is the only drop-off location for parents and guardians.
- Volunteers will be stationed at this location to guide students safely to the event entrance.
- This location will also have police officers present to direct traffic and provide a designated drop-off lane.
- Please follow their directions for an efficient drop-off.
Event Mobile App
Download the EVENT MOBILE APP to help keep track of the sessions you selected and where they are located at the Teen Summit.
Download the Eventify mobile app ahead of the summit and make sure you can log in with the account information used for your registration. Search for “Teen Summit RVA 2026” in the Eventify app to connect to the Teen Summit event.
To log in to the Eventify app, please follow these steps:
- Enter the student email address that was entered during registration.
- Tap the button to receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP).
- Check your email inbox for the code.
- Go back to the app and enter the code to log in.
